**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Payroll and Processing of Fatigue Sheets
- Contractor Processing
- Daily Trip creation for Transport Operations
- Daily and Weekly Reporting Tasks
- Work alongside Transport Supervisor

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience in a similar administrative position (transport and logistics experience is desirable)
- Strong understanding of WA
- Understanding of and experience with data entry in to tracking and processing system as well as scheduling and maintain accurate records.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
