About the role
As the Finance Business Partner, the primary focus of the position is to provide advice and direction to stakeholders and management on a range of organisational activities through high quality and timely analysis, insights and recommendations. Financial advisory and business parterning services will includes the interpretation of financial and other data, recommendations on budget management, forward financial planning and prioritisation of funds, financial compliance and performance, trends and emerging issues.

**We're looking for someone with**:

- A tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as commerce, finance, accounting or economics and a CPA or CA designation are essential.
- Expert analytical and financial modelling capability with strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated experience in budgeting, financial analysis and reporting with the ability to exemplify best practice financial management.
- Ability to work through ambiguous problems and communicate solutions to senior stakeholders.
- Proven ability in integrating and balancing diverse stakeholder interests and achieving compliance.
