Due to continued growth we are looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner - FP&A to support corporate financial planning and group reporting through the design, implementation and maintenance of financial forecasting and reporting models.

The Finance Business Partner - FP&A will be in close collaboration with various operational and financial stakeholders across the organisation and within the broader Transaction Capital Group. In addition, there will be project related work in areas of automating internal and group reporting and ensuring the finance function make best use of the Oracle Netsuite ERP.

**Responsibilities and duties will include but not be limited to the following**:

- Assist in the management analytics business support:

- Production of Board Report, management accounts and management reporting
- Management and KPI reporting to the Group Finance team
- Quarterly forecasting using Oracle Netsuite
- Annual budgeting using driver based models
- Dynamic forecasting tools based on key parameters in the business
- Maintenance of 36 month rolling forecasts / budget models
- Decision Support
- Business partnering with key stakeholders in the company
- Monthly reporting packs preparation
- Ad hoc analysis, focussed on increasing profitability and productivity
- Ad hoc business support & project work incl. automation
- General
- Thoroughly understand how the business operates and business requirements so that workable recommendations are proposed
- Identify and contribute towards continuous process improvements through operational streamlining or automation
- Build trust in new and existing working relationships and manage stakeholder expectations
- Communicating and documenting finance requirements (i.e. process flow charts) for developers
- Work well in a team environment but ability to work effectively unsupervised- Degree qualified (**CA** or equivalent)
- Specific management accounting know-how
- Strong financial acumen
- Sound knowledge of accounting controls and principles
- Expert user of Microsoft Excel (Incl. Macros, Power Query & Power Pivot)
- Expertise in coding with SQL highly advantageous
- Experience of Oracle NetSuite highly advantageous
- 1-2 Years PQE and demonstrable experience in management accounting and analysis
- Proven experience with complex financial services businesses
- Proven track record of value added to employers (will be reference tested)
- Demonstrated experience in presenting findings to tell a story that informs a business decision

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to learn and pick up new systems
- Demonstrated ability to resolve critical problems and look for long-term solutions
