**Marketing Specialist - Sports Industry - Stirling South Australia**

Kogan People Solutions are working with a distinguished and cherished sporting institution in South Australia, as they embark on an exciting marketing journey, with activities designed to target new market segments and expand their existing customer / membership base. To achieve the growth vision, they are now looking for a highly skilled marketing specialist to work as part of their team to implement marketing strategies designed to achieve success. The role is full-time and on-going.

**Location**:Stirling South Australia

**Salary**:Negotiable in the range of $70k to $80k plus superannuation per annum

**As part of your role, you will be responsible for**:

- Identification of markets and market segments which will deliver the best opportunities for the business’s offerings.
- Identification and exploration of consumer habits including customer profiling.
- Holding responsibility for end-to-end campaign management including tracking and reporting results to management.
- Management of all digital marketing collateral across the business’s websites, social media, and other digital platforms as well as the business’s vibrant hospitality presence.
- Coordination of outsourced suppliers for design and production of marketing materials.
- Working with the data management systems to ensure updated data is available for management and decision making in relation to ongoing marketing activities.
- Provision of advice and reporting to management in relation to marketing activities including all areas of promotion, pricing and placement across the brands.

**To be successfully considered we will look for the following attributes and skills**:

- A bachelor’s degree in a highly relevant discipline or agreed alternative.
- At least 1-2 years (preferably more) relevant professional work experience in a similar industry.
- Demonstrated experience in running and organising marketing campaigns within budget.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to establish good working relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in the oversight of production of marketing collateral.
- High level analytical skills and solid understanding of the fast-developing AI sector as it applies to this industry.
- Good knowledge and proficiency in the use of the main desktop publishing software suites and CRM solutions.
