If you have more than 5 years experience in a busy, acute private hospital and are ready for the challenge of overseeing the operation of Cabrini Malvern both in and out-of-hours, we would like to hear from you.

The After Hours Hospital Coordinator is responsible for the efficient and effective management of the hospital including managing risk and supporting Cabrini’s operational goals.

We offer you a comprehensive orientation program working with our experienced Hospital Coordinators until you are ready to take on the responsibility yourself. Even then, you will be closely supported by senior staff that would be only a phone call away for advice.

This is a wonderful opportunity for growth and development of experienced nursing leaders. Ideally you will be in a substantive nursing management role with the ability to work relieving shifts in the role of the Hospital Coordinator.

About you (r
_equired):_- Registered Nurse Division 1 with at least five years recent experience in a large, acute private hospital.- Excellent communication skills- Demonstrated high level organisational skills- Demonstrated problem solving ability- Ward management experience
