**DAY IN THE LIFE**:
The Instore Coaching Specialist will work closely alongside the Education Manager and or Area Commercial Executive to ensure consistency in service and to drive productivity and sales in all boutiques across the region. Through a conglomeration of virtual and in-store training, this role ensures the development of high-performance teams that will Connect, Engage and Inspire Jo Malone London customers daily, in store, through digital and online.

**ABOUT YOU**:
Whilst experience and qualifications in the luxury beauty industry is desirable it is not mandatory as we are able to provide on the job training to those who have proven leadership & retail experience teamed with an existing level of confidence and a commitment to learn.
- Experience in in-store and digital education
- Exceptional and proven coaching skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in person and virtually
- Results driven & action oriented
- Excellence in execution
- Business acumen: good analytical and commercial skills
- Able to drive and facilitate change
- Experience in conflict and interpersonal interactions
- Extensive knowledge and experience in retail beauty industry Proven ability to build collaborative relationships with retailers, direct reports and peers
- Exemplifies our brand code of kindness
- Digitally-savvy: presence and experience in social media
