Network Aviation is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Qantas Group, providing high capacity air charter and regular passenger transport services. Operating a fleet of jet aircraft from our base at Perth Airport, we specialise in mining industry support, regional airline services, routine and emergency freight and corporate charter flying.

As the Network Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and supervising the Network Operations Support team, including management of rostering and team supervision. The role will oversee the provision of an efficient and consistent level of Operational support to the Regional Operations Centre (ROC) and all stakeholders of Network Aviation, including aircraft parking bay allocations, identifying and managing operational disruptions, ordering crewing meals, and arranging engineering support for aircraft breakdowns. Additionally, you will be responsible for delivering communications during disruptions to customers in line with NAA’s Customer Strategy and will focus on minimising the operational impact of delays and cancellations to the NAA operation. The role will deliver regular OTP reporting to senior leadership and recommend opportunities for reporting improvement for consideration. This role has a focus on safety, operational and regulatory compliance and improved customer disruption outcomes.

You’ll have
- 5 - 7 years experience in an operational aviation environment
- TAFE qualifications in relevant areas highly desirable
- Supervisory/Management experience essential
- Experience working with rosters essential
- Demonstrated customer experience and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and with mínimal supervision
- Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to work to a designated timeline
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Forward thinking with the ability to understand the ‘big picture’
- Proficient in operational systems such as AMS, Compass, Customer Management, Qliksense, PowerBI
