**The Role**

This pub in Clare Valley is in search of a skilled manager with a hospitality background to fortify and elevate their daily operations. With a focus on Restaurant and Function operations, this manager will work closely with the owners to help develop and train staff, and elevate this venue to the next level.

**Skills and Attributes**
- Experience with Managing and leading a team
- A focus on customer service
- A hands-on operator who is also forward-thinking
- Team management experience
- Willing to help train and develop a team
- Seeking a leader who is an exceptional communicator and has a proactive attitude
