**Your contribution as Principal Environmental Officer (PO4)**:

- As a Principal Environmental Officer (PO4) in the Southwest QLD Region, you are a key member of the management team for a region that covers the bulk of the lower third of the State.
- You will prioritise collaboration in a cohesive, high-performing compliance management team, comprising other senior officers/managers and the Director Compliance.
- You will lead and provide day-to-day management and guidance for experienced and high performing environmental compliance teams and drive priority programs throughout the Southwest QLD Region to deliver compliance and enforcement outcomes.
- You will collaborate on the management team's strategic direction for the Region and on implementation and delivery of key compliance and enforcement plans, functions, and duties.
- You will drive the development of strategies and programs to address key environmental issues within the Southwest QLD Region.
- As a cultural thought leader in the team, you will foster a positive and proactive culture for your teams.
