ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you ready to take charge of creating memorable events and identify engagement opportunities with our valued Members in the WA Region? At CA ANZ, we believe that these events are the cornerstone of our commitment to providing a world-class experience for our members and promoting the CA brand.

**Key responsibilities will see you**:

- Oversee end-to-end planning and execution of in-person, virtual, and hybrid events.
- Develop captivating marketing materials and campaigns.
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate regional social media activations and member communications.
- Provide support to local governance and member community groups and committees.
- Manage member inquiries, interactions, and engagement.
- Utilise Salesforce for case management, reporting, and monitoring.

This is a permanent, part-time position within our outstanding WA Member Engagement team, which is an integral part of our larger Trans-Tasman team. Immerse yourself in our collaborative work culture, which extends invitations for you to be part of projects and groundbreaking initiatives while actively contributing to our local membership services.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a self-starter with a can-do attitude who wants to learn and take ownership of member events. To be considered for this role you will be able to demonstrate:

- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the corporate or hospitality sector.
- Expertise in event organisation, encompassing planning, logistics, sponsorship, stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and communications.
- A knack for effective relationship management with both internal and external partners.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent organisational skills, and effective time management.
- The ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- A goal-oriented, self-driven approach, capable of managing time-sensitive priorities.
