**About this role**:
Join the team that drives success As an Executive Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the Principal and Business Leader and ensuring the smooth operation of the front office.

Use your administrative skills to contribute to the success of the school and help students reach their full potential.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Accountable for exercising initiative, discretion and judgement in the day-to-day management and co-ordination of an administrative function.
- Provide confidential Executive Secretarial services to the Principal.
- Ensure the promotion and image of the school including the coordination of events and publications.
- Ensure all work performed by non-teaching staff in the front office supports strategic plans, aims and objectives by undertaking the day-to-day management and coordination of their activities.

**To be successful you will need**:

- Excellent communication skills to establish positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills, demonstrating initiative, discretion, and confidentiality consistent with the position.
- Proven experience in administrative office management in a demanding and complex environment including researching and analysing information and data to formulate proposals when working under limited supervision.
- Proven experience in Line and Performance Management practice and procedure which demonstrates a capacity with all types of situations.
- Knowledge of practices and procedures in administrative management that delivers effective outcomes and continuous improvement.
- Desirable experience as a Personal Assistant, and knowledge of Department for Education structure and strategic directions.

**Special Conditions**:
The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry. The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN -EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.
