We are on the lookout for our **Corporate Services Manager** who will plan and manage the organisation’s overall administration, resourcing, information technology and human resource functions of the organisation. To help enable Always Care Services to fulfill its core objectives of building healthy relationships and stronger communities.
**Reports to - **The General Manager
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Implementing the day-to-day operational activities of the group reporting to the General Manager
- Provide Managers with support and advice regarding information technology matters.
- Provide Always Care with a sound functioning administration service.
- Ensure that rosters are fit to needs of our participants.
- Be a role model for effective and positive leadership, which is ethical, results-driven, and future-oriented.
- Provide on-going feedback, mentoring, advice and coaching to direct reports, supporting skill development, continuous improvement, and increased competencies through an effective performance management framework.
- Oversee delegated HR responsibilities for direct reports including training and development, performance management, Professional Performance Reviews (PPRs), and clinical reviews, disciplinary management, and Workplace Health and Safety and Rehabilitation
- Demonstrate ongoing commitment to participation in professional development as per organisational policy and procedure.
- Be receptive to and reflect on feedback to improve employee experience.
- Adhere to all organisational policies, procedures, standards, and practices.
- Act only in ways that advances Always Care Services’ objectives, values, and reputation.
- Execute other duties, consistent with skills and experience as directed by the manager.
- Develop and maintain close relationships with internal and external key stakeholders.
What do you need?
**Qualifications**
**Essential-**
- Tertiary qualifications in Management, preferred.
- Current NDIS Commission Module Certificates
- Current Unrestricted Drivers Licence
- Current NDIS Worker Check
- Current Working with Children Check
- Must hold or be eligible to obtain Criminal History Check
**Required knowledge and experience.**
- Previous experience in a role of a similar nature, including responsibility for the management and operational outcomes of a program, service, or division.
- Hold an understanding of National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
- Demonstrated management and leadership skills, including human resources and financial management, quality assurance, risk management, WHS and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and best practice, including the ability to work within relevant funding guidelines and legislative requirements relating to the delivery of program outcomes, safety and risk.
- Comply with Scope of Practice, Policies and Procedures, Quality Work Practice, all relevant Legislative,
- Contribute positively within a team environment.
- Demonstrate a friendly, positive attitude, with a willingness to learn.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Effective written and verbal communication, internal and external to the organisation.
- Ability to always maintain confidentially on information.
- Demonstrate genuine respect for all people regardless of their situation.
- Ability to identify and resolve conflict and respond effectively.
- Demonstrate negotiations skills and quality customer service delivery.
- Stay person focused and committed to the achievement of the organisation’s business objectives.
- Make timely decisions and recommendations based on the organisation’s policies, procedures and legislative requirements.
- **Additional** - Willing to travel if required Intra/ Interstate travel may be required.
- **Able to participate in an on**-**call roster.**

**Salary**: $73,846.88 - $90,346.10 per year
