**Exciting Opportunity for a Purchasing Administrator**

Join a renowned manufacturing company specializing in industrial components. Our client, a leader in providing innovative solutions across diverse industries, is seeking a dynamic Purchasing / Procurement Administrator.

In this role, you will be reporting to the Operations Manager, contributing essential administrative support to the purchasing team by fostering collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. We are seeking an individual with exceptional flexibility, adaptability, and robust communication and teamwork skills. Your focus should be on embodying the company's values and mission to deliver top-notch service to customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Follow up on placed orders
- Process, track, and expedite purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery and handling credit follow-ups
- Maintain well-organized records of orders, invoices, and delivery schedules
- Communicate with suppliers to confirm order details and delivery timelines
- Support inventory checks to maintain optimal stock levels
- Address procurement-related queries or issues under the guidance of the Purchasing Manager
- Approve and facilitate timely payment of invoices

**Experience and Skills Required**:

- 2-3 years of experience in a similar administration based role
- Proficient in handling paperwork and maintaining organized records
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal, with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Attention to detail and ability to address and resolve discrepancies
- Collaborative mindset and proficient computer skills
