The Culture and People Experience team is responsible for organisational culture, people experience & employee voice strategies and programs. The team is critical in supporting the overall People strategy, driving a high-performance culture, reducing administrative burden for schools and contributing to the achievement of People, Culture & Capability’s strategic objectives.

**About the role**

Due to internal movement within the team, we have an exciting opportunity to join the Department as the Employee Feedback Lead who is responsible for understanding employee voices from across the department and produce quantitative and qualitative insights to shape and deliver on our overall employee listening framework. The role applies sophisticated research and analytical strategies to advance our understanding of the employee experience and deliver useful insights, solutions, and stories from the data.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate organisational development leader with exemplary project management and analytical capabilities. You will lead the development and delivery of our employee voice strategies and initiatives to improve the employee experience, while working within a fantastic and supportive Culture & People Experience team.

**Skills and Experience**
- Project management knowledge and experience with analytical, implementation and communication skills
- Experience in designing, administering, analysing and reporting on Staff Surveys.
- Ability to generate evidence-based advice through information provided.
- Proven experience developing processes and procedures to capture employee insights.
- Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department’s Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department’s Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.

**Essential requirements of the role**
- Tertiary qualifications and/or relevant experience in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Change or a relevant discipline.
- Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education
