**About the Role**

At Dairy Australia we facilitate programs that support the sustainability and profitability of the Dairy Industry - a key program we offer is Our Farm Our Plan which is designed to support goal setting, improve business performance and manage change that isn’t anticipated on farm. We are looking for a** CRM Data Analyst** to support the ongoing development and effectiveness of the program by driving business improvement through reporting and data insights. This opportunity will be offered as a fixed term contract until June 2024.

You demonstrate strong analysis and planning skills combined with stakeholder engagement and influencing skills. Data supports the efficiencies created and you will be pivotal is identifying and resolving ways to improve data integrity and governance as well as provide insights to how the program is performing and can also be improved.

Ideally you will be degree qualified and have experience working with a range of stakeholders with experience gained in a similar role using Salesforce with knowledge of SOQL and SQL. Experience or a willingness to learn about dairy farm systems and farm management practised will ensure you can add value particularly in the data analysis and business insights.
