We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Lead, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery, and contributing to the enhancement of our compliance solutions. Reporting directly to Head of Technology and PMO, the Project Lead will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of Kinatico projects and programs. This includes providing project coordination, governance, operational support, reporting, risk and issue tracking and quality control.

**Position responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
Project Leadership
- Spearhead the planning, execution, management and monitoring of projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Provide leadership to the project team, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
- Monitor progress, identify potential roadblocks, and escalate for resolution support.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
- Make recommendations on flexible and fit for purpose approach to project management and execute accordingly.

Communication and Collaboration
- Foster effective communication within the project team and with key stakeholders to define the scope, objectives, and success criteria for each change project.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of the Worker Compliance Product into the broader organizational framework.

Quality Assurance
- Work with stakeholders to ensure project deliverable meet expected standards.
- Continuously assess and improve project processes to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.

Reporting and Analysis
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including status reports, timelines, risk registers and financials.
- Conduct regular analysis of project performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.

**About you**:

- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the development and delivery of software solutions and products.
- Scrum Master experience or exposure highly desirable
- Familiarity with worker compliance regulations and standards.
- Excellent proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus.
