Green by Nature ANZ is a leading greenspace and facilities maintenance company and is committed to delivering solutions and excellent service to our clients across Auckland. We currently have an opening, and we are now seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as Payroll.

We are looking for an experienced Payroll Advisor to support our Payroll team while we work through a transition of changing payroll systems for three months on a fixed term contract.

This person will thrive in a busy and collaborative environment and is focused on delivering exceptional payroll support. You will play a key role within the People and Culture team as you will be responsible for timely and accurate payments to our employees, maintaining employee records and with your passion for payroll-related legislation, you will provide guidance to the wider business. **In this position, you will be responsible for a broad range of tasks including**:

- Lead and manage day to day payroll operations and to ensure all deadlines are met
- Strong knowledge in payroll-related legislation including Holidays Act 2003, Employment Relations Act 2000, Kiwisaver Act 2006, Minimum Wage Act, Parental Leave Act, Collective Agreement knowledge and further amendments
- Managing stakeholder relationships both internal and external
- Management of management and employee enquiries
- Previous experience using Zambion software (desirable)
- Experience in tracking KPI performance, Dashboards and reporting results
- Managing payroll projects that may arise
- Working alongside the management team to deliver annual performance remuneration reviews

**The Success factors**:

- Ideally, you'll have a minimum of 3 years of payroll experience in a similar role
- You will have exceptional organisational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritise.
- You will have strong verbal and written communication skills, high attention to detail and are able to interact positively and warmly with people
- You will be well versed in the MS Office products and have proven quality data entry skills
- You are a professional, hardworking self-starter, who takes pride in delivering a high standard of customer service. Nothing is ever a problem or something that cannot be resolved.
- Ideally, you will be good with numbers
- You enjoy working autonomously and equally with the team and have a great sense of humour
