About the role
The Department of Anaesthesia at Eastern Health requires additional VMO anaesthetists for regular sessions across Eastern Health.

Selection Criteria
**Essential**: Appropriate and unrestricted medical registration with AHPRA
**Essential**: Fellowship of the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists (ANZCA) or equivalent qualifications to enable recognition as a specialist anaesthetist.
**Essential**: Demonstrated commitment to professional work practices and teamwork
**Essential**: Effective communication skills
**Essential**: Demonstrated reliability, punctuality and work ethic
**Desirable**: Familiarity with electronic medical record systems
**Desirable**: Demonstrated experience in teaching of medical students, HMOs and registrars.
**Desirable**: Teaching experience of other clinical staff - nursing and allied health.
