We're thrilled to welcome a new Bookkeeper/Administrator to our vibrant team at our Jandakot office.

Your Role:
As an integral member of our team, your role will encompass a range of responsibilities:
Accurate Data Entry: Ensure precise and efficient input of client data into software, encompassing fundamental bookkeeping tasks.

Efficient Administration: Handle essential administrative duties, including filing, collating, photocopying, scanning, and report preparation.

Reception Management: Manage reception tasks, such as call handling, message taking, appointment scheduling, and warm visitor greetings.

Seamless Communication: Oversee incoming and outgoing mail processing to facilitate smooth communication flow.

Payment Processing: Record and process customer payments effectively, including utilizing EFTPOS terminals.

Document Creation: Utilize word processing software to create, edit, format, and save various text documents.

Up-to-Date Compliance: Maintain current client list with the Australian Taxation Office through the Portal.

Precise Bookkeeping: Skillfully manage daily bookkeeping tasks, client records, documents, Xero accounts, and client invoicing.

Accurate Financial Records: Ensure meticulous financial record-keeping that adheres to the highest standards.

Company Records: Maintain comprehensive records for companies, including preparing ASIC forms and company secretarial records.

**Experience**:
While prior Bookkeeping experience is beneficial, a willingness to learn and contribute is highly regarded. Familiarity with Xero can provide you with a competitive advantage in this role.

Work Details:
**Job Type**: Part-time, Casual (2-3 days a week).

Eligibility: Applicants must have Australian work authorization.

Location: This role is based in-person at our Jandakot Office, complete with convenient parking facilities.

**Salary**: $20,000.00 - $25,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- High School (Year 12) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
- Xero: 1 year (preferred)
