**The Position**:
Tax Essentials is on the lookout for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The primary purpose of this role is to assist in implementing marketing campaigns with a customer-first approach across all online channels to support brand awareness, lead generation and boost customer engagement.

This is a full time, permanent position located in Bankstown, NSW with an abundance of perk.

Your responsibilities will consist of (but are not limited to):

- Implement marketing plans and strategies in conjunction with the Digital Marketing Manager, including building and executing digital and social media campaigns.
- Promote our platform and services in line with our vision, purpose, values, and behaviours
- Content creation and production for social media channels, landing pages & EDM’s
- Contribute to the content creation of paid campaigns (SEM, Facebook and LinkedIn ads)
- Manage company blog including but not limited to creating, posting and updating SEO optimised content
- Keep up to date with digital trends to contribute to recommendations and improvement opportunities
- Liaising with clients and following up leads
- Minimum 12 months experience in a marketing-oriented role
- CMS management skills
- SEO, SEM and Social Media management knowledge
- Be creative and willing to improve your skills on marketing, management and organisation
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Confident and effective communication skills
- Great with website development/management
- Must hold valid work permits to be considered for this role

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
