- **Pepe Saya**_ are a butter company located in the Sutherland Shire. We are a growing Australian Butter Company, specialising in cultured butter supplying to restaurants, cafes, airlines, distributors, retailers and homes (via our online store) across Australia and the world. We have positions available within our growing ecommerce and production team**.**

This is a hybrid role, working within both our ecommerce dispatch team and within our production team. We are looking for people to handle the admin and dispatch for our online store; along with assisting in our dairy production and wholesale dispatch team. We require people for our team who are available between 2 to 5 shifts per week Monday to Friday.

Start time is from 7-8am and we finish by 4pm. We have between 20-30+ hours available per week.

Our team is made up of 20+ people, all with different skills sets and friendly personalities.

**Overview of position - it is a varying role between our online dispatch team and dairy production team**:

- Assist in the day-to-day order preparation and dispatch of our online orders using our various platforms - Shopify, Ready to Ship and EParcel
- Picking, packing and processing of online orders
- Assist with corporate hamper orders
- Assist in quality control for our online order dispatch
- Assist with backend admin on our website
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Stocktake of inventory
- Dairy processing within our factory
- Packing within our factory
- Operation of walker or pallet jack (training available)
- Maintaining a high level of hygiene & cleanliness
- Safe manual handling
- Opportunity to grow within the business

**What we are looking for**:

- High attention to detail
- High level on communication, both verbal and written
- Able to understand and follow instructions well
- Computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office are vital. A bonus is experience using Shopify and online shipping platforms
- Comfortable multitasking
- Shows initiative
- Reliable and an ability to commit to the hours

If you have some ecommerce, food or dairy production experience this is a bonus

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $29.04 - $43.56 per hour
