**The Opportunity**:
In this role you will play an integral part in supporting Urbis & Cistri in our strategic objectives and projected growth plans through providing high-quality administrative support and coordination assistance to our Talent Acquisition Specialist in the end-to-end recruitment process.

**You will**:

- Provide quality administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team through coordination of end-to-end recruitment processes, including drafting and posting job adverts, interview scheduling and reference/police checks
- Management of the career's inbox and acting as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries
- General recruitment and applicant online filing and file maintenance
- Working with the Talent Acquisition and People & Culture team members to develop the national and regional student internship induction program
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and legislation relevant to the jurisdiction
- Support the broader People & Culture team with initiatives and projects as necessary

**About you**:

- Administrative work experience (in HR is advantageous but, not essential)
- Degree in Human Resources (advantageous, but not essential)
- Excellent administrative, time management and organisational skills
- Intermediate to advanced level of experience using the Microsoft Office suite of products (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
- Strong attention to detail, high professional standards
