**About Argoweld**

Operating within the Gawler region for over 40 years, Argoweld is a fabrication and maintenance workshop that has seen steady growth in the last 5 years. We specialise in general and onsite maintenance, truck and trailer repairs and maintenance, agricultural machinery repairs, vehicle fit outs and lots more. We are a small, experienced team but we are dynamic and thrive on the variety of work that we do delivering a superior high-quality product that has been tailored to our specific customer requirements.

**The Opportunity**

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual who has a passion for this line of work to join us as a full-time fabrication apprentice. On your way to becoming trade qualified, you will be mentored and trained by our team of experienced Boilermakers. You will gain experience with a very wide range of jobs and projects both on and off site. You and the team will plan, prepare, build and assemble a variety of components and structures. You will develop your skills in metalworking, welding, machining, reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings, and planning out jobs from start to finish.

**What We Are Looking For**
- A genuine passion for fabrication and a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience or coursework in fabrication, welding, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
