**The Opportunity**

We are seeking a person who is enthusiastic to fill our role as a **Sales and Customer Service Administrator** and join our company in Richlands (22 km South West of the Brisbane CBD).

The main focus of this role is customer service, sales and general administration, however as a small business we value people with the capability to step-up into a variety of other day to day tasks and projects that arise. Responsibilities of the role include:

- Sales administration (managing orders from initial receipt until dispatch)
- Managing select customer accounts
- Responding to customer requests and queries
- Processing credits and spare part requests
- Internal B2B sales (contacting customers with special offers, customers who haven’t purchased for a period of time etc.)
- Product safety administration (checking Australian safety standards against actual products in stock)
- Carry out a variety of other administrative tasks as required

**About You**

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Relevant experience to demonstrate that you are capable of performing the above tasks
- A positive can-do attitude along with a flexible and quick
- thinking personality with the genuine desire to help customers
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong computer skills. We use Neto, MYOB and the Microsoft office programs. Experience in Neto and MYOB is not required, however the successful applicant will have demonstrated experience with other software.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- The ability to work alone or as part of a team
