The University of Southern Queensland (UniSQ) is proud to host the Student Voice Australasia (SVA) Network until the end of 2025. We are currently seeking a Coordinator to lead and oversee the network's activities during this period.

**Who you are**:
The Coordinator (Student Voice Australasia) plays a vital role in facilitating a network of students and staff from tertiary institutions committed to fostering a culture of authentic, meaningful, and inclusive student engagement. This engagement spans institutional decision-making across governance, learning, teaching, and the student experience.

Equally important, the Coordinator must be able to work independently while effectively collaborating with diverse stakeholders, including students, staff, institutional leaders, and other relevant partners.

**What you'll do**:
The Coordinator (Student Voice Australasia) will work under broad direction and will be responsible for a wide range of activities that will require high level organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities using judgment and initiative.

The role will provide coordination and management of the SVA network, including representing the network at national and international forums, oversight of governance and operations and leadership of new initiatives.

Together with your relevant qualification and work experience, you will have:

- Well-developed organisational skills and an ability to take initiative in working with staff, students and higher education institutions.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce a wide range of documents for diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated experience in supporting and implementing projects, initiatives and committees.

**Salary**: Total remuneration range of $92,097 to $101,388 pa (includes salary range of $77,817 to $86,048 pa employer superannuation contributions of 17% salary and annual leave loading)

**Closes**: 30 January 2025
