As we prepare to unveil this exciting new venture, we are seeking an exceptional Clubhouse Lead to join our team to curate a seamless, truly remarkable customer experience across all touchpoints from arrival to departure, while maintaining a positive and dynamic team environment.

**What your day to day will look like**:
**_Seamless Synergy_**
- You'll play an essential role in leading the clubhouse operations team, setting a high standard of service for our clubhouse guests. Being the key point of contact for our flexible workspace, you will embody Hub's ethos in every interaction.
- You'll work synergistically with the Venue Operations Manager, ensuring crystal clear transparency across all daily operations.
- As you facilitate a supportive team dynamic, you’ll conduct regular check-ins with the operations team; promoting professional development, collaboration and high performance.
- You’ll be on the forefront of roster management and leave requests, utilising your strategic nature to ensure seamless harmony within the clubhouse team.
- Liaising regularly with the sales team and venue management, you’ll manage membership renewals; striving to achieve and retain occupancy targets.
**_Community Engagement_**
- Through conducting regular member check ins, your uncharted relationship building skills will shine through. As you gain a true understanding of your members requirements and goals - you’ll go above and beyond to uncover how Hub can elevate their working experiences.
- You’ll lead and coordinate clubhouse tours, member events and networking opportunities, curating remarkably memorable experiences every time.
- You’ll establish a rewarding community environment through staying in the loop with member achievements, promoting a culture of celebrating successes.
- Through conducting regular member events, your community will be continually delighted with opportunities to mingle and network.
- You bring to the role a harmonious blend of experience, passion, and abilities.
- You have spent 2+ years in a high end customer service environment, with exposure to account management and sales targets.
- You are a natural leader, with 2+ years of experience nurturing and guiding a tight knit team.
- You excel in establishing strong rapport with customers, grasping their unique business needs, keeping a keen eye on new business opportunities.
- You adeptly balance multiple priorities while staying solution-focused.
- Your meticulous attention to detail and superior time management skills will ensure the seamless operation of our new clubhouse.
