Are you an experienced Administrative Manager seeking a unique opportunity in the diagnostic imaging field? This role presents a chance to lead and thrive in a collaborative and patient-focused environment.
**Responsibilities**:
As the Administrative Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless functioning of our diagnostic imaging clinics. Your responsibilities will include:
- Warmly welcoming patients and visitors, whether in person or over the phone, and efficiently addressing inquiries or directing them appropriately.
- Enhancing patient satisfaction and optimizing provider time and treatment room utilization by effectively scheduling appointments in person or via telephone.
- Ensuring patients are well-informed and understand the necessary preparations required for their examinations.
- Assisting in the smooth workflow of the department by aiding in collating, billing, and various administrative duties.
- Conducting staff training, maintaining quality control, and overseeing rostering and sick leave management.
- Conducting payroll checks and participating in the recruitment and onboarding processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills to engage effectively with diverse individuals.
- Proficiency in communicating efficiently within a team and independently as needed.
- A high level of competence in computer skills and a readiness to adapt to new software.
- Prior experience in a medical practice setting, coupled with a solid understanding of medical terminology.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various responsibilities effectively.
Position Details:
This position offers a flexible schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Commencing at 7 am with a flexible finish time, allowing for work-life balance and schedule adaptability.
