With our flagship property, M Docklands, we've established ourselves as leaders in luxury living and premier hospitality experiences. Now, we're seeking a talented and dynamic Corporate Service Manager to join our team and help us continue to exceed expectations.
**About this role**:
- Planning and managing the company’s administrative, physical and staff resources according to the budget;
- Overseeing the administration team to manage the general administrative duties within the office;
- Advising on administrative matters such as staff management, facility management and information services to senior management;
- Developing and implementing procedural on administrative, operational matters;
- Providing the required documentation for finance department to prepare of financial reports and budgets;
- Sourcing and selecting IT vendor to implement digital solution within company
- Overseeing the implementation of the digital solutions and improve the process when needed.
- Acting as a liaison between senior management and administrative staff, conveying priorities, goals, and directives.
- Representing the company to attend conventions or conferences to promote company latest program or existing program to attract highly value customers.
- Collaborating with associated businesses in develop new project and sourcing

**Essential Criteria**:
- Relevant bachelor’s degree qualification
- Proven experience in administrative management, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
- Prior work experience in global financial centres preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff to achieve excellence.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented approach to achieving objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to excellence, integrity, and professionalism in all aspects of work.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (ability to speak Mandarin and Cantonese will be an advantage)
**Join Our Team**:
Pay: $154,509.60 - $183,026.36 per year
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
Work Location: In person
