**THE OPPORTUNITY**
We are looking for an experienced Internal Control Supervisor to join our Internal Control team. Based at Bayswater, you will be overseeing the internal control activities of the organisation and assuring compliance with all aspects of the business.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Monitor and ensure the SOX process compliant with policies and procedures
- Develop and execute new SOX processes to reflect new practices
- Prepare quarterly and annual SOX reporting for review
- Oversee the Internal Control Audit Program (ICAP)
- Coordinate all ICAP audits and risk assessments
- Be the point of contact for Corporate Audit and External Auditors
- Other duties or projects as required

**ABOUT YOU**
- Previous Big 4/Mid-Tier audit experience is highly regarded
- Demonstrable experience with the control framework and accounting processes of a large complex organisation
- Solid understanding of principles of Internal Controls and Audit practices
- Excellent interpersonal communication
- Great attention to detail/accuracy/numeracy
