Summary

**Basic Function**:
Responsible for ensuring the guest experience whilst they enjoy the Hotel’s Recreational facilities, including Pool and Beach area.

**General Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Greet guest immediately with a sincere and friendly welcome.
- Assist guests with their needs related to the pool and beach area.
- Respond to guests requests, comments, and concerns in a timely manner
- Responsible for organizing activities for our guests
- Able to assist with on the beach setting up chairs, umbrella’s, etc.
- Maintain cleanliness of general pool/beach area, organizing pool/beach furniture, and neatly arranging the pool towel storage shelves
- Responsible for monitoring product inventory in order to minimize the loss of Resort Property.

**Qualifications**:
**Qualifications**:

- Previous Customer Service experience within the Hospitality Industry, is preferred
- Maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance
- Intermediate English skills.
- Other languages are a pre such as Dutch and Spanish
- Good general computer skills (word, excel, powerpoint)
