Project Officer

Easy Authoring is looking for a goal-oriented Project Officer with strong planning and execution skills to join an established government department.
**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
- Develop, organise, monitor, and report on project plans, schedules, deliverables, timeframes, and milestones.
- Track progress, identify potential risks, issues, and dependencies, and work towards resolving or escalating the issues at stake.
- Provide secretariat and administrative services, including coordinating committee and working group meetings and preparing papers, to support effective governance.
- Coordinate and create project and executive briefing notes by doing basic research and analysis, to support informed decision-making and knowledge management.
- Plan, execute, and continuously improve physical and virtual events in order to promote sector-wide collaboration.
- Communicate tactfully and collaboratively with all the relevant stakeholders, to develop and maintain excellent relationships.
