The Manager, Critical Operations Resilience is critical to making this happen and will be a key contributor in developing policies, standards and guidance to meet CPS230 requirements with the focus on Critical Operations. Working closely with stakeholders and implementation teams you will have the opportunity to shape ANZ's approach, be part of the implementation, govern compliance and continuously strengthen the resilience of our Critical Operations.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with cross functional teams and stakeholders and is comfortable dealing with ambiguity and balancing pragmatism with strategic direction.

**The role will be responsible for**:
Writing and providing input into Policies, Standards, Guidelines and Control Objectives
Providing guidance and support to implementation teams
Oversight & challenge to ensure continued compliance with relevant sections of CPS 230
Identifying themes/systemic issues and emerging trends
Providing input into relevant opinions, risk committee/governance forum reporting and escalation
Data integrity and quality for governance and assurance purposes
Perform targeted reviews and analysis

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
Tertiary qualified with strong hands-on experience in risk / compliance management, significant knowledge and experience in Operational Resilience related disciplines, coupled with banking & finance industry knowledge
Ability to form and own opinions, including challenge on compliance arrangements where appropriate
Interpret regulatory requirements and transpose into policies, standards and control objectives
Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders including excellent negotiating, influencing and conflict management skills
Comfortable dealing with ambiguity
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
