You will be joining a team of dedicated Fundraisers who work on behalf of Charity causes close to their heart.

We are on the search for sales and KPI driven individuals, who get a buzz out of closing a deal. Even better, get a buzz out of having a positive impact on society through using their sales skills every day

This role involves being on the phone all day, **if you don't **enjoy speaking to people or hitting KPI's - Then this role is **NOT **for you.

You will be talking to members of the public from all walks of life, your ability to adapt to your audience, and **successfully pitch** the invaluable importance of regular giving, and donating to the cause, will be the key to success. Understanding that **building rapport **and **creating urgency** are critical to a successful sale in the fundraising sector.

This role is ‘cold calling’ in the conversion space, not warm work. We want sales professionals who **LOVE** the thrill and get a spring in their step when they can convert a non-donor to a regular donor/giver.

Providing up to 38 hours per week on a casual basis until you wish to go Full Time.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $31.00 - $32.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 38 per week
