Fleet Training & Change Manager job - development and management of the fleet training programs. North Sydney

**Your new role**
The primary responsibility of the Fleet Training & Change Manager is the development and management of the fleet training programs whilst ensuring resources and material is regularly reviewed and maintained in line with TFA standards and policy. With the ultimate goal of increasing staff efficiencies, achievement of sales targets, and an engaged workplace. This role will manage one direct report.

Further details are below:

- Oversee training for Fleet Management including Rental, Fleet Services and Novated Lease offerings.
- Deliver training across all states in Aus - the role will require travel to states on a quarterly basis to train staff. Expenses paid (air and accommodation), and a couple of days at a time will be required.
- Training sales professionals - focused on products, services and systems they provide in the fleet market
- Enabling and developing managers for training needs
- Manage the structure and frameworks of the training offerings to all sales staff
- Creating training material - value add, design courses and training content including through the LMS
- Management and delivery of Change - supporting implementation of new products, building and launch, develop opportunities and set up plans. Build acceptance and integrate effectively.
- System: Miles (Sofico product) a global fleet management software

**What you'll need to succeed**
Acumen in training, finance, auto, fleet or leasing (preferred)

Able to manage and deliver to targeted dates (Essential)

Advanced PC skills (particularly MS Excel & Word)

Training & Learning experience (essential)

Project scheduling & planning (preferred)

Training qualifications (essential)
