**about the role**

Chevron Australia has an exciting opportunity for a Turnaround High Voltage (TAR HV) Coordinator to join the TAR Operations team. Reporting to Turnaround Event Manager, this permanent role will be based in Perth.

This role will provide HV / Senior Electrical Officer support for TAR events, developing isolation plans, systemization and electrical scope development. The role will also be the focal point for communications with site HV REP and support networks.

Additionally, the TAR HV Coordinator will:

- Lead and support primary maintenance contractors with scope development
- Schedule optimization and integration into the overall plan
- Plan isolation & permit including impact assessment/mitigation and develop and verify isolation lists, switching programs and permit to works
- Oversee Contractor development of Temporary power requirements
- Oversee execution of Pre-TAR scopes and of electrical isolations/de-isolations, testing and completions verification, Project work pre-start up safety review
- Document lessons learned from all phases of turnaround planning and conduct lookback on TAR performance, complete Add / Change / Delete forms, work order close out

To be considered for this role, applicants should have:

- High voltage switching experience / qualification
- Strong experience in the electrical space with knowledge of power distribution network on the Gorgon plant highly regarded.
- Demonstrated capability to manage multiple types of responsibilities that have different timelines for completion, different workloads and different priorities that can shift over time
- Demonstrated ability to align and inspire team to work toward common goals and deliver on results with safety at the forefront
