Our delivery of high-quality work within the Oil and Gas sector has earnt us a solid reputation and enviable relationship with some of the industry's leading operators.The role of Turnaround Manager will act as the key focal point in coordination for turnaround planning, preparation and offshore execution. This is a permanent position which will be based in our client's office in Perth CBD and will require occasional offshore travel.Drawing on your previous experience, you will:
- Manage client relationships and overall integrated turnaround management teams
- Management of an integrated turnaround workforce overall delivery expectations inclusive of establishing and maintaining relationships with key customer focals
- Management of turnaround offshore workforce and execution ensuring competence of the delivery teams to meet the ongoing work schedules
- Support the organisation and management of subcontractors ensuring competence of Subcontractor Teams to meet the work scopes
- Provide a key functional support role in site productivity and execution, data analysis, problem solving and improvement/innovation programs, and to bring Monadelphous capabilities to support operations in all aspects of turnaround delivery and support

- Commercial and contractual management understanding
- Ability to manage integrated teams whilst maintaining strong customer focus
