PROVINCIAL HOME LIVING HEAD OFFICE

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Finance Clerk to be part of our Head Office Support team.

This is a full time role and is based at our Head Office in Richmond.

**The key responsibilities of this role are**:
Processing (including follow up of approval) of supplier invoices
Data entry of supplier invoices to ERP system
Reconciliation and processing of charges on corporate credit cards
Maintenance of excel files for cost analysis purposes
Processing of routine tasks to the ERP system
Provision of monthly sales figures to landlords
Assistance with office administration tasks

**To succeed in this role you will**:
Have a good understanding of accounting procedures and processes
Have data entry experience in a computerised finance system
Have knowledge of, and experience in, Excel and Word
Be self motivated
Be able to manage tasks and priorities in accordance with the needs of the business
Be able to work as part of a small team, and be responsible for meeting deadlines
Have good interpersonal skills and communication skills
