- Assist the Lead Structural Engineer with the delivery of project requirements as they relate to scope quantities, cost and schedule.
- Produce and maintain technical and engineering drawings using 2D CAD software required.
- Perform conceptual layout work under the supervision of the Lead Structural Engineer
- Develop detailed design and production of structural drawings encompassing all aspects of a mine underground and surface facilities in accordance with relevant standards and project requirements.
- Equipment and layout capabilities for studies, feasibilities and final design.
- Incorporate safety in design.

**You Bring to the Role**
- Engineering diploma (N Dip) or equivalent (Civil/Structural), combined with knowledge of industry or regulatory standards
- Regulations and codes pertinent to design and systems related to mining and/or infrastructure projects.
- Proficient in the use of 3D CAD software packages such as Bentley MicroStation Open Building Designer Packages
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Your work is both efficient and accurate and you take a methodical approach to allocated work areas.
- You are also comfortable operating in either a team environment or independently.
