The Opportunity:
The Settlements Team is a pivotal department, responsible for ensuring that retail contracts are thoroughly checked and accurate, prior to activating and disbursing funds to the dealer.

We have currently have a number of roles ready to commence immediately.

As an integral part of our Settlements Team you will be passionate about achieving high performing results, providing a high level of customer service to the NFS dealer network and promoting a positive message with a can-do attitude. You will ensure all customer documentation is approved and compliant with regulations, legislation and NFS policies and always be looking for opportunities to drive change, improve processes and continually seek business efficiencies.

Drivers:

- Accurately settle loan documents and create customer account.
- Ensure all customer documentation is approved and compliant with regulations, legislation and NFS policies.
- Provide a high level of service to the NFS dealer network.
- You will be responsible for minimising the amount of errors made when accepting a contract for settlement at NFS.

About you:

- Ability to foster a culture of best practice by ensuring outstanding attention to detail and strong work ethics.
- Promote a positive message with a can-do attitude.
- Opportunity to drive change, improve processes and continually seek business efficient
- **_ Ability to work 1/2 Saturdays' per month for month end_**
