**Position Summary**:
**Your Responsibilities**:

- Manage and lead a team of SAP SuccessFactors AMS consultants, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide expert advice and recommendations on system improvements and optimisation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members, identify areas for improvement, and provide training and development opportunities.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends, sharing knowledge with the team and driving innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, functional consultants, and project managers, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Prepare project reports, status updates, and presentations for senior management and clients.

- Proven experience managing SAP SuccessFactors AMS projects, teams, and client relationships.
- A high level knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and deliver projects within scope, budget, and timeline.

**Skills**:

- A high level knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules

**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration).
- 10-15 years of experience working as an SAP Consultant, with a focus on Application Management Services.
- SAP certifications and experience with SAP Solution Manager would be an advantage.
- Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role, overseeing teams and delivering successful projects.
