Our IB&M Risk Projects and Process Efficiency team is part of the Risk Management, Institutional Banking and Markets division and our purpose is to enhance our clients' success through market-leading capabilities and unique insights.

You'll be joining a small team of passionate and highly experienced analysts who deliver reports and insights for the Board, Risk Executives and GM's. Supporting this team you'll consolidate, prepare, and check data assets. Perform data extraction from various sources and data blending/cleansing as required to ensure the accuracy and integrity of downstream reporting outcomes.

We support our people with the flexibility to balance where work is done with at least half your time each month connecting in office. We also have many other flexible working options available including changing start and finish times, part-time arrangements and job share to name a few.

**We're interested in hearing from people who**
- Are passionate about designing and executing on repeatable data delivery and reporting solutions ensuring adherence to Group Data Management minimum standards and established BI Playbooks
- Understand underlying data and assess quality and usability for any particular reporting context
- Have experience in data extraction, data analytics and reporting, with advanced SQL skills
- Show an inquisitive mind with the ability to identify data trends, question and investigate anomalies
- Pride themselves on their attention to detail, loves finding better and more efficient ways of working and enjoys working with new technologies and tooling.

We use a broad range of tools, languages and technologies. We do not expect you to know them all but experience or exposure with some of these (or equivalents) will set you up for success in this team.
