Our client is a successful and growing business operating in the facility management industry. With a strong client base and regular contracts in place, they are now embarking on further expansion and diversification.

**About the full time role**

Due to ongoing growth, they require the services of a full time Human Resources Adviser to help manage the substantial existing pool of salaried employees and subcontracting staff.

**Location**

Pakenham Vic

**Tenure**

Full time - ongoing

**Responsibilities**

Responsibilities will extend to but will not be limited to the following:

- Management of staff records utilising our internal IT and manual systems
- Dealing with staff attendance and performance and as required disciplinary issues including if necessary, implementing staff separation (firing staff) procedures
- Contributing to improvements in relation to HR systems and policies

**About you**

To be considered for interview, you must be able to demonstrate
- Possession of highly relevant tertiary qualifications
- At least 3 years highly relevant professional experience since you earned your qualifications
- Strongly developed skills in a similar role
- Strong and verifiable HR industry and information technology skills
