**About the Position**

We are currently looking for someone to fill the position of Barista/All Rounder. We need someone who can handle the pressure of a busy, fast-paced service. Who can work efficiently within a small team but who also has the initiative to work effectively alone.

We work through an average of 6-7 kg of coffee/day. Serving both hot and cold beverages to takeaway and dine-in customers. Applicants for this job must have a great sense of time management and good communication.

- Victoria Arduino Eagle One 3 Group coffee espresso machine
- Victoria Arduino Mythos One electric grinder
- Mahlkonig EK 43 grinder
- PuqPress Q2 Gen 5 automatic coffee tamper
- Macro Bru F60M Batch Brewer
- Acaia Pearl and Lunar coffee scale

While we’re mainly looking for skilled and experienced baristas, we are a small team. We all work together to make sure everything runs smoothly during service. Meaning everyone helps wherever they’re needed.

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Providing a high level of service to our customers
- Making espresso and filter coffees at a consistent high quality
- Following set recipes and dialing in espresso
- Making cold drinks and juices
- Using and maintaining espresso machine and coffee making equipment
- Keeping a clean and sanitary work environment

**Other Duties**:

- Light food handling
- Using POS systems, cash handling and taking customer orders
- Waiting tables and washing dishes

**Requirements**:

- At least one year experience as barista
- Must be able to reliably commute to Bella Vista for a 5:45 a.m. start
- Must be able to speak English fluently

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
