**About the Role**:
We are currently looking for an experienced Administrator to support the Paradise Dam project team. You will be responsible for providing administrative support services. This is a permanent fulltime role, Monday to Friday with ongoing career opportunities, based in Fortitude Valley Brisbane.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Complete general administration duties.
- Assisting with booking travel and accommodation when required.
- Preparing relevant documentation including assisting with the formatting/typing of correspondence and presentations.
- Ensuring all prepared material, documentation and correspondence is dealt with according to relevant procedures such as the Management System.
- Preparation of date for End of Month requirements.

**Requirements for this role**:

- Relevant experience in a similar administration role, preferably within the construction industry
- Advanced experience with Sharepoint, Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel skills are desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to work successfully and autonomously within a fast-paced project environment and deliver on deadlines.
- The ability to develop and maintain relationships across diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage own time effectively.
- Demonstrated ability dealing with sensitive and confidential issues.
- Demonstrated organisational, planning and coordination skills.
