A 12 month fixed term opportunity currently exists for a HR Generalist based in Footscray, West of Melbourne with some flexibility to work from home 3-4 days per week. Your primary purpose will be to provide a high level of HR guidance, coaching and advice to your key stakeholder groups.
We are looking for a HR Professional with a flexible and ‘hands on’ style ready to step into the next phase of their career. You will be easily approachable and adaptable and willing to support the key stakeholders with any of their generalist HR queries. These will include;
- Day-to-day HR activities including grievances, performance management, on-boarding etc.
- Build policies to fulfil longer term strategic goals and objectives
- With support from the Senior HRBP you will manage any IR/ER issues that present engaging all relevant stakeholders incl. Fair Work Commission.
- Deliver HR advice on current and upcoming projects
- Ensure effective reporting of all HR functions
- Ensure effective compliance within the HR Policy framework
