As a **Bell Captain**, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring our guests first and last interaction at The Star is a positive and memorable experience.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will build memorable connections with both our guests and hotel teams.

**A few of your responsibilities**:

- Support our Concierge to drive & lead our Porte-Cochere
- Coordinating daily operations and delegating tasks including the arrival and departure of guests
- Supervising a team of Hotel Porters and managing their performance
- Demonstrate to guests & team members a dedication to service excellence
- Creating outstanding service experiences that result in lasting memories

**What are we looking for**:

- Passionate to deliver excellent guest experiences
- Extensive guest service experience in Hotel or Guest Services environment
- Knowledge of hotel check-in systems (Opera highly regarded)
- Sound knowledge of the local area and surrounds
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills
