**About us**

Legal Aid NSW helps people with their legal problems. We can help people with most areas criminal law, family law and every day civil law legal issues. We give legal advice, help at court and do family dispute resolution. We can do this over the telephone or at one of our 28 offices.

**About the role**

The Intranet Coordinator is responsible for managing the content of the Legal Aid NSW intranet, ensuring that it is optimised for accessibility, user experience and currency. They are responsible for publishing new content and updates and work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that the intranet meets the needs of staff and Legal Aid NSW strategic objectives.

**About you**

You will have experience in intranet content and project management. You will have excellent communication skills and proven ability in working effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

You will have sound knowledge of digital tools and platforms and demonstrate a strong attention to detail. You will be able to provide a high level of accuracy in editing and designing of compelling, user-friendly content and ability to prioritise, establish and perform autonomously to meet timelines.

We may use this recruitment to create a talent pool for similar ongoing or temporary vacancies we have over the next 18 months.

**The essential requirements for this role**

You must:

- hold Australian or NZ citizenship, Australian Permanent Residency (for ongoing vacancies) or a valid visa to work in Australia (for temporary vacancies)
