**About the Role**:
We have an exciting role available for a Supply Chain Supervisor - Product to join our team located in Cremorne, Victoria Reporting to the Product, Systems & Inventory Manager and working within the Supply Chain Team, you will manage a team responsible for product creation and maintenance across 12 wholesale brands and 5 retail divisions consisting of 200+ product brands. Additionally, you will support the daily management of the businesses inventory, ensuring alignment between our ERP (Apparel21) & our 3PL warehouses across Australia & New Zealand.
You will be responsible for ensuring service deliverables are met & continuous improvement opportunities are maximized in addition to the following:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Product Coordinators
- Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure the team's effectiveness and growth.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for the supply chain team and track performance against targets
- Drive data management goals, objectives, and operating procedures
- Working closely with Buying teams, Brand Managers and Wholesale Operations you will create and maintain products within the company’s ERP system (Apparel21)
- Perform data validation processes to ensure the quality and accuracy of data held within the system
- Create and maintain the Wholesale Division online product catalogues within the B2B ecommerce sales platform (Apparel21 Sales Net)
- For any business acquisition and subsequent system migration, form part of a Project Team to migrate data from a legacy system to Apparel 21 through an ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) process
- Act as the escalation point for product related queries
- Generate regular reports and insights for senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- Promoting a continuous improvement environment and identifying areas of process improvement & cost savings
- Maintaining strong relationships with internal and external teams.
- Take responsibility for special projects as requested.
- Any other reasonable task as requested in line with the role objective or that results out of necessity to the Group

**To be successful you will ideally have the following**:

- Experience in managing a team or a proven self-starter
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite with advanced excel skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrable aptitude in forging and maintaining positive relationships
- Meticulous attention detail with strong troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organization and time management skills to manage critical deadlines
- Strong time management, with the ability to multi-task and run projects simultaneously
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent computer literacy and Data governance software user, Apparel21 specifically would be highly regarded
- Previous experience in Supply Chain 3PL operations
