As Reece continues to focus on a strategic transformative drive to enhance its supply chain and commercial framework, w e are seeking a motivated, innovative and experienced Supply Chain procurement professional to bring to life the commercial strategy and execution of our multi-modal distribution network, bringing commercial acumen to a range of Supply Chain categories including Freight and Warehouse Operations.

**About the role**:
This is a full-time, permanent position (with options for part-time or flexible working) reporting to the Group Procurement Manager (ANZ). Working from either our new, state of the art Cremorne office (Vic) or our Dandenong South DC, the core purpose of the role is to develop and execute the commercial strategy for a range of supply categories, and support them to achieve the broader business vision.

**This role is responsible for**:

- Working with releveant stakeholders to articulate and document category strategy across a range of supply categories
- Carrying out commercial RFx and rapid sourcing engagements to deliver on the promise
- Monitoring and measuring the impact of projects
- Ongoing management of supply categories to ensure supplier commitments are delviered
- Ensuring Corporate Social Responsibility principles are embedded in decision making
- Promoting supplier innovation to continually deliver incremental value

***Idea**lly, you will possess**:

- Strong experience in a Procurement role in FMCG, 3PL or similar business models
- A thorough understanding of the commercial RFx process
- Experience in successfully forming and negotiating commercial agreements
- A data-driven approach to keep ahead of industry trends
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to work well with a broad range of stakeholders
- A motivated, confident and self-managed approach
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- The ability to use and embrace technology effectively to increase business efficiency
- An innovative and collaborative approach to building sustainable, long-term solutions
- The ability to lead the resolution of issues in a complex environment
