**Duties and responsibilities include**:

- Extraction, cleaning, pack-out, sanitisation, structural / contents drying procedures
- Attend to water/fire/mould affected properties and commence mitigation processes and any clean up related responsibilities within the scope of works across building, strata and / or contents
- Progressive monitoring of restoration and mitigation of sites as well as in-house restoration procedures such as contents processing and content restoration
- Work collaboratively and cohesively with field technicians, project managers to amplify synergies
- Liaise daily with admin operations in relation to job updates, reporting, scopes and instructions, as well as time/materials and equipment billing
- Adhere to legislative and regulatory requirements with a strong emphasis on WHS legislation
- General manual labour duties including lifting and frequent driving

**We are looking for someone with**:

- A full and valid driving license
- Physically fit as you will be required to carry out manual labour
- Experience in delivering first class customer service within a responsive maintenance environment
- Previous building and contents restoration and / or a background in cleaning / carpet cleaning is preferred but not essential
- MR license is desired
- Experience in carpet laying, remediation works, bond cleaning or the building industry is highly regarded
- Willing to travel for work and able to respond to after hours and weekend work
